Other possible maven stuff to think about after this are:

- Downloading dependent jars (if present) from maven repository.

- Using maven as a system for components a bit like it is used for GF 3
   HK2. We have components, for example that implement EntityProvider,
   and currently a developer implementing an EntityProvider has to add
   the concrete provider to the file:

   META-INF/services/javax.ws.rs.ext.EntityProvider

   We may be able to provide some tooling support via maven to automate
   this process.
