Hi Marc,

I tested all examples except Bookmark and GlassfishDB (namely ones
associated with DB setup). All worked. I reviewed the code for Bookmark
and GlassfishDB and these should work without any modification. Plus all
unit tests that should pass did.

Bookstore was modified so the root resource is a singleton.

I think things are stable enough that after the refactoring of the
ResourceProviderListener we can merge the jersey-resourcefactory branch
with the trunk.
