Some context for others on the list...

WADL generation and runtime processing of resource classes use different
model implementations, which has been a source of annoying bugs.

We need one model that can be produced from the AST provided by APT,
Java reflection or the NetBeans specific AST. The model would validate a
resource class provide a set of human comprehensible warnings/errors if
present.
