Hi,

I just tried to create an issue regarding a NullPointerException in the
Marshaller classes (basically a follow up to JAXB-415, it works with
String now, but not with XmlGregorianCalendar as value type).

When I try to commit the report, I get the following error message:
Assignee: The default assignee does NOT have ASSIGNABLE permission OR
Unassigned issues are turned off.

As I can not change the assignee, what do I have to do to get the error
reported?
