Is your Eclipse workspace C:/messagingWithSpring/ and are you executing from
Eclipse project jaxbproject?
But this is more an Eclipse problem than a JAXB problem. To verify,
do
File f = new File("PublicationSchema.xml");
and check the result of f.exists()
