return jbe;
}
you do
DerivedType doc = of.createDerivedType();
JAXBElement<DerivedType> jbe = wrap( "", "base", doc );
and you'll get
<base xsi:type="DerivedType" xmlns:xsi="
http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance">
...
</base>
