To be more specific:
* Is your plugin actually called from xjc?
* Are you iterating over all ClassOutline objects of the Outline and their
annotations?
* Are you iterating over all FieldOutline objects and their annotations?
* (repeating Aleksei's hint) Do you call markAcknowledged() on the
encountered customization objects?
