I am putting together my first JAXB program (with maven plugins) and get the
following when I execute
the compiled class (no compilation errors and no errors indicated by my IDE.

Exception in thread "main" javax.xml.bind.JAXBException: "first.jaxb" doesnt
contain ObjectFactory.class or jaxb.index
What does this mean? and how do I fix it?
