The time has come, i think the dependencies for jaxb-1.x. are almost
ok, except from tha JAXP libs. See the spreadsheet :
http://u4w.spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?id=o11975387475862801477.3324967182943461975.08544411632427887386.2440411050427577716
The problem with JAXP-libs is that there is no standard repo to find
them, and probably the pom would not be as good as it should be, due
to sun licencing problems.
Anyway the jaxp is needed only for jdk-1.3, which i beleive it is not
very used anymore.
* So, instead of making the jaxp libs an optional dependency and
putting an extra burden to any post-jdk1.3 users to find and manually
upload the jaxp-artifacts into their own repository, i choose to
REMOVE THE JAXP LIBS completely from the depenedencies, and leave them
as comments inside the pom instead!
Also, we got no jaxb developers info, as Gregory had asked there:
https://jaxb.dev.java.net/servlets/ReadMsg?list=users&msgNo=5717
I can understand that it is nice to have the creators of a jar listed,
for many reasons, but it is a common (bad) habit maven poms not to
include them.
* So, if i don't get any feedback during the day, i will upload the
jaxb-1.x artifacts into the m2 java.net repo without any developers
info!
Hope there are no more standing issues..

Kostis
