Ah, no, you apparently checked out jaxb-sources.dev.java.net, but it's
in jaxb2-sources.dev.java.net
I think it would be the easiest to just install the release candidate
bits from
https://jaxb.dev.java.net/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=5005
