got the latest bits and tried to build:

BUILD FAILED
C:\Projects\jaxb-ri\build.xml:87: The following error occurred while
executing this line:
C:\Projects\jaxb-ri\tools\lib\build.xml:235: Error while expanding
C:\Projects\jaxb-ri\tools\lib\util\ant-contrib-0.6-bin.zip

I also tried opening it locally with a zip tool and it mentioned it was an
"invalid archive file"
