customize print and parse methods

The parameter element is given by definitions from the
german law and there is described in which case to
suppress the zeros.
So i had no controll over this.
The available parameter values are defined in an XML
schema and in an Interface-Description is described
where to suppress zeros and where not.

When there ist no solution by customizing the schema,i
think i solve the problem by editing the XML schema
where i generated the classes.
I change the type of 'Ergebniswert' from Float to
String, so i implement the suppressing of zeros in my
Java Swing masks.
