JAXB 1.0.3 beta cycle

We are coming up on soft code freeze in a couple of weeks for JAXB 1.0.3
(which will ship with JWSDP 1.4 later this spring). This means that we
have roughly 4 weeks for beta testing.

JAXB 1.0.3 is primarily a bug fix / performance enhancement release, but
there are a couple of new features worth mentioning:

o the binding compiler now has a "-quiet" option to suppress warnings, etc.
o new vendor extensions that allow you to generate light-weight classes
     (see docs/vendorCustomizations.html#lwruntime for more detail)

Please start downloading the weekly builds[1] from java.net and report
any issues you find in the Issue Tracker[2].

Thanks,
