The version number is contained in the name of the bundle itself. For
example, the current weekly build is named "JAXB_RI_20031215.class"
which means that it was built on 12/15/2003. I notice that we aren't
properly baking this version info into "java -jar jaxb-xjc.jar -version",
so we'll fix that.
