Is there anyway to get the generated JAXB classes to ignore <!DOCTYPE
...> dtd declarations? The xml files we are parsing using JAXB contain
DOCTYPE declarations but we can't guarantee the DTD referenced is
accessible. Forgive me if this has been covered before ...
