Never mind. I was bit by code completion and hand getDeclaredMethod
instead of getMethod.

I have usually had no problem using JAXB and reflection. However, in
one case where I have a complex inheritance (a concrete implementation
that implements a method and a sub-class that is a concrete
implementation that does not recognize, using reflection, the parent
class method). Why would that be?
