Thanks for the reply! So I've tried out the new jdk1.4.1 version, but it
also crashed, and run normally under debugger. If the problem is more
related to JVM, can you tell me where shall I go to look for help?

JAXB RI is a pure Java tool. If your JVM dies with a segmentation fault,
sounds like you've got a problem with your JVM, not JAXB.

JAXB RI should work with 1.3.1 or above, but upgrading JDK might fix
your JVM's segmentation fault problem.
