I tested yours and it works.

I was able to isolate situations as related to customization when it does
not work. Enclosed is the situation where the event for length error does
not occur.

Is my customization incorrect ?

I checked the attached schema with the attached document, but it
reported an error correctly. Could you run it through your compiler and
see if you can unmarshal the document?
