The problem is because XMLReader in JAXBSource doesn't recognize the
"http://xml.org/sax/properties/lexical-handler" property, which is used
to set the LexicalHandler.

Assuming that you have the source code, you can make a modified version
of JAXBSource in which the XMLReader implementation recognizes this
property and ignores it.
