I'm sorry I lost track of the context.
I got your schema and document, and MSV said it's OK and JAXB RI in our
current workspace didn't complain about it.
Does this mean everything is as expected? Were you saying that the FCS
JAXB RI didn't allow it to be unmarshalled when the validation is turned
on?
