The initial version of the Jaxb-1.x pluging for Maven 2 is ready at
https://maven-jaxb1-plugin.dev.java.net/
As soon as the result jar and pom are imported to the java.net maven
repository it would be considered ready for use.
To the jaxb.dev.java.net/1.0/ maintainers: Please, update the JAXB 1.x
site to link to that plugin also (currently, the M1 plugin is
mentioned only), if there is not any issue standing.
