No I didn't use glassfish...just downloaded tomcat-jwsdp given its
location during installation.
You mean, do download JAX-WS 2.1 EA1 ?

Did you install JWSDP 2.0 on glassfish or any other Application Server
during JWSDP installation?
I would suggest you download latest standalone JAX-WS from
https://jax-ws.dev.java.net/ , to get the current samples, which has
instructions to run on Tomcat and Glassfish etc
