Can we clean up the message and reduce it's size ?

I filed issue #106 for this a while ago.

hi
i have a question about the soap messages on the wire -
1. why does the payload try and define prefixes it never uses (very annoying) ?
ns4,ns3 are not used in the last payload but defined nonetheless.
2.no ws-addressing prefix in the last payload and default namespace is used for each ws-addressing element ?

both uneccessarily bloat the soap message and make it slightly less readable.
can we rectify this via some configuration ?
