Hey all, I didn't get a response last month on this proposed
ClientBuilder API. If you think its a good start, I'd like to discuss
each method of the API and additional builder methods I'd like to add.

I've been using it quite extensively in a few recent projects I've been
doing around JAX-RS 2.0 (and Resteasy 3).
