Ok, so that means the API is settled for awhile? It means we can
implement it and test it against our testsuites and use cases? I hope
after the major implementations do this you are open to *more than*
minor changes to the spec. My intuition is telling we many of us are
going to run into a few issues when we actually implement this stuff.
