This is the first release of the RI that has a fully dynamic runtime.
This means that all artifacts generated by
by wsimport and wsgen (these replace the wscompile) are now portable.
As a result the total size of the classes generated for a Web Service
using JAX-WS 2.0 is about 75% smaller than the classes generated by
JAX-RPC 1.1.2, resulting in a smaller applications.
Also new in this release is support for SOAP 1.2, MTOM and Swaref.
