My guess is a bad configuration :). This can happen if there are some
config file problems so that the wsdl file transformation does not work
properly (normally it should only transform the
"REPLACE_WITH_ACTUAL_URL" text). But you may have found a bug in the
transformation.

That's a good starting point -- thanks for thinking to include that.
Could you send your war file and the "raw" war (pre-wsdeploy war if
using jwsdp) so I can see what's going on? You can email them just to me
at bobby.bissett_at_sun.com if you want to avoid sending attachments to
everyone on the list. Also, just to be sure, what version of jaxrpc are
you using?
