The -d switch is not necessary as -gen is.

Was this wscompile meant for generating the client-stub? Anyway, u have
not set the option of -d for specifying where the place/directory to ve
generated the output files.

Have a try this ones:-
wscompile -gen:client -d <ur build _classes of implementation and
interface> config.xml
