Please check the PATH envrionment variable.you can remove the "%PATH%"
included in the classpath in wscompile.bat.
"%JAVA_HOME%\bin\java.exe" -classpath
%PRG%\..;%PRG%\..\..\..\jwsdp-shared\bin;"%PATH%" LauncherBootstrap
-verbose wscompile %CMD_LINE_ARGS%
