You can get a free 30-day evaluation license of Omniopera. (perfect for a
one-shot WSDL analysis) After that you have to pay for it, though. What I
like about Omniopera is that it catches qname reference errors, which Cape
Clear doesn't do.
Of course my favorite XML/WSDL editor is XML Spy -- but you have to pay for
that one, too.
