The last I heard, the current version of the JAX-RPC RI still doesn't
support Doc/literal.

IONA XMLBus, Systinet WASP, and The Mind Electric GLUE all provide seamless
support for doc/literal. By "seamless" I mean that these java2wsdl and
wsdl2java tools fully generate all the code for doc/literal the same way
that they generate for rpc/encoded. Try anyone of these tools. It's totally
trivial. Client and server development are identical to rpc/encoded.
