The WebLogic version of JAX-RPC is a beta release, and it also has a
non-commercial use restriction on it. Its a "feature" of all JCP-defined
non-final APIs.
There's also an implementation of JAX-RPC in Apache Axis. But it's a beta
release with a non-commercial use restriction.
