Yes Ramasamy ,
its very much possible to make ur ejb beans deployed
on any other server to be access by ur webserver
installed on other server.

steps involved...

1. compile all ur interfaces written for ur webservice
access using ejb jar file.
2.create stub skeleton using xrpcc.
3.buldle all thos as a war file.
4.deploy this war file on to ejb server where ejb
beans deployed.
5.while deploying make a context root to get a web
end.(url to access ur ejb service)
6.access client which is linked to the above returned
url...and look up for stub in this class.
