Dear JSF Development Team,

I just noticed that the issue tracker incorrectly displays UTF-8 characters
in the patch I uploaded there. This is a rendering issue only, and the file
is O.K. when being downloaded and opened in the text editor with UTF-8
support, but anyway, I attach here the same patch as well, so you could
download it for review.
