Thanks everyone for the great work with this release. Sorry for my delay
in response. I noticed the following:

  - "Kin Finnigan" was in the acknowledgments.
  - p. 2-28, and 2-29 this string is found in the code comment:
 â€œhighestâ€?
  - p. 5-10: javax.faces.view.facelets.TagHandlerDelegateFactory is split
into two lines

  - p. 7-12: The word "occur" is spelled as "occurr"
