There were some more late breaking changes for the <f:websocket>
documentation from Bauke that I don't have in this PDF but I'll put it
in before handing it to JCP.
I'm still struggling with 1238, it's failing two viewparam tests. I'll
try to get that in and when I do, I'll send another email with the
generated portion of the spec.
