Due to a FrameMaker rendering issue I'm not going to invest time in
solving, you'll find that on page 5-26 (pdf page 186).

Very good catch, but that's a corner case because neither of these
renderers has a JSP manifestation and Chapter 9 is only about JSP.
However, we do have a reference to section 9.5 in the Facelets chapter,
10.4.2. I will create a small table there with just the two new
renderers that are Facelets only.

LU> - JSF 2.3 Section 11.4.5 does not mention faces-config for 2.3
