work for this.
Note you'll have to have all spec related content done by 1/12 and the
implementation
done at the latest 1/27.

2017-01-20 30 Day Public Review commences
2017-01-27 Any remaining EG-driven implementation work done
2017-03-14 Final Approval Ballot commences
