Hello Volunteers,

Here is the latest draft of the spec PDF. Please take a look at it and
see if I need to make any chanegs to the features you worked on [1]. Also,
take a look at the documentation jar Manfred just releasted today,
2.3.0-m08 [2] and see if your feature is correctly represented in the
generated portion of the spec.
