[jsr372-experts] Re: [jsr372-experts mirror] Some concerns about EG activity

Hello everyone,

Sorry I'm so late to the party, but I think it's safe to say the EG has
overall been pretty quiet. Honestly, I think it's because no one has a lot
of time available, including the spec leads. That being said, we've got to
continue to move forward, and I'm glad that Arjan and Bauke have been
pushing so hard.

Has anyone thought about creating a Slack channel instead of IRC? I'm fine
with IRC, but Slack is hipper these days so we might get some more
interest. Either, way, some sort of bi-weekly meeting is an excellent idea.
My guess is sometime early in the morning (PT) would work.

Ed and Manfred, it would help if you could remind us what everyone's
assignments are; I don't think everything is in JIRA (please correct me if
I'm wrong). I know I have an issue related to synchronizing tokens on my
plate.
