For what it's worth, the current version of the DTD, as recommended for use
in the current JavaHelp User Guide PDF file, has also gone offline as of
today.

I requested from the Page Not Found that you get at that URL that both
versions be maintained in perpetuity.

I could not locate the 1.0 release anywhere so far, but I did download the
2.05 release. The Subversion repository does not go back as far as 1.0, I
found after checking.
