Having the JSR 107 API's in the EE 8 umbrella would be a huge win for
Java EE.
Everything on top of that would be a plus.
The bootstrapping part (selecting a provider) and the injection would
help very much as it allows to align this spec with the other specs.

While improvements in the JCache API would be great, I wouldn't wait
for them (and risk missing the boat again).
