My understanding is that the JIRA issues will be moved somewhere,
potentially to GitHub, but I haven't the official decision on exactly
what will happen.
In addition to ensuring that all the repos, issues, and email is
migrated somewhere (we've got the google groups archives as backup in
any event), I do plan to request an archive tarball when the time comes.
Overall, I think we're in good shape.
