I'm afraid, a vast majority of you and others may not be able to attend
Ruxcon or speak there, but at least some of the bigger corporate members
who are present in the Asia/Australia Pacific region could still be
interested in Ruxcon, the biggest computer security conference in the area
in Melbourne:

24-25 Oct does overlap with JavaOne/OOW, but maybe those with local
presence in Australia won't send every single employee to San Francisco
after all?;-)
I'd say "Web Application Security" being one of the topics would work well
to propose something around JSR 375.
