Hmm, very strange. Do you have any simple testcase to reproduce the
issue?

Comet is bundled to Glassfish v2, its classes are located in gfv2/lib/
appserv-rt.jar.
Hopefully package renaming would be enough com.sun.grizzly.comet ->
com.sun.enterprise.web.connector.grizzly.comet, but depending on
features you're using, more updates might be required.
