It's a tough decision. Will this refactoring also break all the sample
code (chat, twitter, etc)? Will it be easy to fix afterwards?

Cometd approach attracts a lot of developers (especially for beginners)
to try developing comet application, as it is very easy to get started
with. If we have a chat application (developed with Dojo cometd
package), can we run it on Comet+Atmosphere without any code change?
