2.0 only, I'd think. Let's focus on "modern" code. It'll take some
time to get it right, so let's not worry about supporting older versions.

See #1. 2.0 is already a breaking change as I understand it. No reason
to stop now.

kenai might be a more politically correct choice. I've not used github
but I use kenai for several projects and really like it. I don't know
how the feature sets compare but kenai offers quite a bit.
