We've just released Restlet 1.1.0 including our stabilized Grizzly 1.8

We use Grizzly to fully leverage the NIO capabilities in the Restlet
API, allowing direct file to socket writing and promising performances
(benchmark coming soon showing fastest response times with Grizzly in
our test scenario):
