please give feedback on this CometSelector removal patch that also contains:
Comet now always recycles the processortask.
one hashmap for the comethandler / comettask storage in cometcontext
instead of 2.
successful resume now calls onterminate.
the code is semi prepared for next patch that wil move io, key cancel
socket close and other attachment triggered logic , apt flush etc out from
the selector thread to workers at postSelect.
