Thanks for testing on Tomcat :-). I was looking for that information
since it was impossible for us to determine the issue without a test case.
Here we are working on Grizzly 1.8, which is not the Grizzly used by
GlassFish v2. I've already sent you a patch with a backport from here to
GlassFish v2. The fix is included :-)
